Most banks in The Netherlands offer Instant Payments to their customers as from Spring 2019
Over 95% of all payment accounts in The Netherlands will be reachable for Instant Payments from the start. It is expected that in due time more banks and/or payment service providers will follow.
Below you see an overview of the participating banks. For each bank is also stated to which Clearing and Settlement Mechanism (CSM) they are connected. Banks can only reach each other for Instant Payments if they are connected to the same CSM. Some banks therefore join more than one CSM in order to reach more banks.

The CSMs usually also connect banks from other countries. These are then also reachable for Instant Payments. EBA Clearing and TIPS publish a list of reachable banks on their website.
